REGUS, OFFICE FIT OUT, VICTORIA
Completion of an office fit out for Regus in Victoria.
The services we completed on this project included Mechanical Installations, Plumbing Services, Air Conditioning, Drainage, Fire Alarm Systems, LED Lighting, Emergency Lighting and other Building Services.
A focal point across the Lower Ground and Ground Floors was the Club/Restaurant area that included Specialist LED Lighting. These areas also accomodate for quiet working areas, phone booths and relaxation seating.

CO-OP, FOREST HILL, LONDON
We carried out full electrical installations which included Electrcal Switchgear, Distribution Boards, Data Cabling, Containment, Small Power, LED,Fire Alarm System and Energy Management.
Mechanical installations were also completed including Fan Extract System, Mains Cold Water and Drainage.
Overall, MPE delivered a great store with a positive attitude to gain 100% satisfaction from the Client and we look forward to working on future Co-op Projects.
SAINSBURY’S, HEDGE END, SOUTHAMPTON
A 23 week programme at Sainsbury’s Hedge End, Southampton.
The project was classed as a full RRS of the store that included relocation of Counters and Bakery, all new larger JSR and new Lobby area.
Some of the works carried out included Ventilation, Heating and Cooling, AHU, Plumbing, Gas Installation, Drainage, Refrigeration Equipment, Sanitaryware, Small Power System, Data, Fire Alarm, LED Lighting, Security and Earthing System.
